NFL news: Deshaun Watson announces engagement to Jilly Anais

Cleveland Browns Quarterback Deshaun Watson went to social media on Sunday to announce that he and long -time girlfriend Jilly Anais got engaged.

In a joint contribution to Instagram, the couple announced a photo that shows the impressive Anais ring.

Watson commented “more fame” in the post office.

The message comes in the middle of uncertainty in terms of Watson’s future with the Browns.

After breaking his right Achilles tendon in three months, it remains unclear whether Watson will miss the entire 2025 season. He was injured in an October game against the initially Cincinnati Bengals, But later he broke his Achilles for the second time in January.

Watson was acquired by the Browns in 2022 after signing a fully guaranteed contract for 230 million US dollars. However, the 29-year-old quarterback only performed for the team in 19 games after suffering a shoulder injury in the end of the season last season in 2023 and an Achilles tendon injury.
