“People have no idea how hard it is. He came back. It is better for him that it happened that way because this showed a real courage to have come back from a tragedy – it was amazing.”
Trump called the masters “maybe my favorite sports show” and that he liked to look at it every year, if possible.
He gave Justin Rose, the Englishman, to whom McIlroy was suddenly faced with a playoff after leaving his Par-Putt on his 72nd hole of the tournament to collect the victory.
Rose bury a deep birdie put on hole 18 to undergo 11 and pressure on McIlroy, which broke the same hole in the regulation.
“Justin Rose was great,” added Trump, an enthusiastic golfer. “Look, they are great athletes under enormous pressure. But if you are not a golfer, you don’t understand that hundredths centimeter make a difference between a great and a terrible shot.”

Mcilroy and Rose went back to the 18th tea box to suddenly bring the playoff to death, which would have had a second hole to No. 10 if necessary.
But Mcilroy’s rapprochement shot, who ran a slope up to two feet, had the chance of burying his opportunity. After a long reading around the green, Rose put his best blow on it, but it went too far left. He ended with a par and hoped that Loch 10 was where he would drive next.
McIlroy did not leave it left when he sank the putt at the age of 18 and fell to his knees.
At that point, the weight of 11 years left without a big win and finally the career grass Slam when he broke into tears.
