UNITED KINGDOM
Just like his father, now Kingsking Charles III, the late Queen Elizabeth II at the funeral of Pope John Paul II in 2005 the oldest son and next in line for the throne. Prince William will take part in the funeral on Saturday.
His family is not expected to be with him, although Prime Minister Kier Starer will take part in the Pope’s funeral.
ITALY
The Italian Prime Minister Giorgia Meloni has reportedly canceled travel plans to Uzbekistan and Kazakhstan so that she could Take part in the Pope’s funeral.
In a tribute to Pope Francis, who was released on the day he died on social media, Meloni said: “I had the privilege, friendship, his advice and his teachings, which did not even stop in times of court procedure and suffering.”

Milei, Pope Francis hugs, despite previous insults in Rome in Rome
ARGENTINA
Javier Milei, President of Pope Francis in Argentina, confirmed that he would make the way to show the man’s respect he was about often critical.

Zelenskyy last visited the Pope in October 2024.
