The probation for the Menendez brothers was postponed for August for August, according to California.
Lyle and Erik Menendez will now appear on probation on August 21st and 22nd for their hearing. A spokesman for the California Ministry for corrections and rehabilitation confirmed Fox News Digital.
The hearing was originally set for June 13th.

At the beginning of this month, California Gov. Gavin Newsoma The office said that the hearing of the brothers had been converted into a hearing after the governor had withdrawn his application for a grace examination.
While the probation officer will recommend whether the two men should be granted an early publication, Newsom can continue to approve or reject the decision.

“Take a break from my break to confirm the messages registered today,” says the post office. “The boys’ hearing date was postponed to August 21st.”
“In view of the fact that it is still much more difficult to obtain probation for the first time, this gives the boys and their lawyers more time to prepare, and gives them the best way to be the exception to the rule! It is a good thing,” added the mail.
The two brothers were annoyed by Los Angeles County Superior Court Richter Michael Jesic at the beginning of this month up to 50 years to life, which was entitled to probation. The decision of Jesic to annoy the brothers opened the door for the hearing for probation to determine whether they should be released.
