A man on Death cell in Florida Should be executed next month because of his conviction of kidnapping a woman from an insurance office and killing her.

The 67 -year -old Kayle Bates is to be killed in Florida on August 19 in the 10th version this year.

Bates was condemned in connection with the death of 24-year-old Janet White in Bay County for first-time murder, kidnapping, armed robbery and tried sexual battery.

He was accused of kidding from the State Farm Insurance Office, where she worked before taking her into the forest behind the building. According to court files, Bates was a delivery man for a Tallahasee paper company and had made at least one earlier delivery freezer in the insurance office.

Last year, the Florida Supreme Court refused to make an appeal for a juror from his first procedure. The US Supreme Court Also denied a petition on June 30th.

The lawyer of Bates, James Driscoll Jr., said that he would make further appeals in this case.

“We believe that his execution would violate the US constitution,” he told the Associated Press.

Bell was the eighth person who was executed in Florida this year, and a ninth is planned for later this month. The state brought six people to death in 2023, but last year only one execution was held.

Bell was the 26th person who was executed in the United States in the United States this year and exceeded the 25 executions that were carried out last year. This is the highest number of executions since 2015 when 28 people were killed across the country.
