Newly released body camera film shows Florida MP Arrested a winner of the Kentucky Powerball after he had supposedly stepped into the face, shortly after collecting the Jackpot Prize.
The 50 -year -old James Farthing was charged with a law enforcement officer and two offenses of the simple battery and the resistance to an official in connection with the incident on April 29 for a criminal offense of battery.
Farthing’s girlfriend, Jacqueline Fightmaster, was also arrested. She was charged with an offense of disordered poisoning. She was accused of trying to fight other patrons in the Resort -Bar.

The Pinellas County’s office released the Body Camera video on Tuesday, in which Farthing kicked a deputy when he tried to break a fight between the suspect and another man.
The MPs had arrived in the Tradewinds resort in St. Pete Beach, Florida, and found two men who fought, and a woman on the ground.
Farthing supposedly hit another hotel guest during a dispute.

When an answering member tried to break the fight, Farthing supposedly stepped on his face and then tried to flee the scene, even though the MPs used a taser, and he was taken into custody before it.
“No shirt comes over to kick him, miss it and beat me here,” the MP, who says in the video.
The other man involved in the fight was also put in handcuffs.
The arrests came shortly after Fefping and his mother won the Powerball Jackpot in Kentucky.
