President Donald Trump supports the proposal of Russian leader Vladimir Putin’s proposal for Moscow to take full control over the Donbas region and to freeze the front lines elsewhere Agreement with UkraineA European diplomat confirmed Fox News.
Donbas had a pre -war population of 150,000 and includes the regions of Luhansk and Donetsk.
After Meeting with Putin On Friday in Alaska, Trump told the European ally that the Russian president repeated that he was open to the regions of Luhansk and Donetsk, but that he seemed open to the opportunity to end the patting in Zaporizhzhia and Kherson together with freezing on the front.

The German Chancellor Friedrich Merz told ZDF Television that Trump said that Russia was “ready to be negotiated on the basis of the so -called contact line and not on the administrative boundaries”.
In a statement after the call with Trump, the great European leaders did not speak to themselves whether they preferred a peace agreement to an armistice.
