Philadelphia residents are nervous after a series of sexual attacks on women in a high quarter of the city had searched for the attacker before struck again.

The first incident was reported on July 18 after a woman was supposedly approached and sexually attacked by a man when she went for a walk at 6:40 a.m., the police said. A day later, the police said that another woman tried around 3:13 to enter her apartment when an unknown man attacked her sexually.
