The Trump government asked the Supreme Court on Thursday to dismiss the President a member of the Federal Trade Commission after the lower dishes had decided that it was lacking authority to remove members of independent agencies for no reason.

The Ministry of Justice claims that the FTC and other executive industry agencies are under Trump’s control and the president is authorized to remove commissioners for no reason.
The test of the president’s right to distance could make the nation’s highest court judge to lift a decision by the Supreme Court of 1935 as Humphrey’s executors in which the judges unanimously decided that the presidents could not relieve independent board members for no reason.
The judgment brought an era of powerful independent federal authorities, which were charged with regulating work relationships, discrimination based on the employment relationship, air waves and other affairs.

This case also revolved around the FTC, which was emphasized in the lawsuit submitted by Slaughter, which was released and restored several times this year.
The FTC is a regulatory authority created by the congress that enforces consumer protection measures and antitrust bill. The agency’s seats usually consist of three members of the presidential party and two of the opposing party.
The slaughter was first appointed by Trump in 2018 and later ordered by former President Joe Biden. It is the only remaining democrat on the FTC.
In Trump’s struggle for independence from agencies, FTC shots are directed to the spotlight.

The High court has already made it possible to remove several other board members of independent agencies.
The judges have also proposed that Trump’s distance powers in the Federal Reserve, which could soon be tested in the case of Lisa Cook, a member of the Federal Reserve Board of Governors.
