Charlie Kirk, founder of the Turning Point USA, dead at 31 after the campus in Utah
“Before today’s game we had a moment of silence in Memoriam by Charlie Kirk. Kirk founded the youth activist group ‘Turning Point USA’ and was an integral part of College Campus. Charlie Kirk, a husband and father of two children, was 31 years old,” said the team in a position on X.
“The conservative activist and founder of Turning Point USA was declared dead shortly after the shot Campus event at Utah Valley University.”

Kirk died after being taken to a hospital in a critical condition after being shot at an event in Utah on Wednesday, a law enforcement officer from the Associated Press said.

Video from the event seemed to show that Kirk was shot when he spoke to the crowd under a white pop-up tent. After the shot, the crowd spread, whereby the spectators call: “Run, run, run!”

The FBI said “the topic” of the shootout was in custody.
