Appeals court blocks Trump from firing Fed’s Lisa Cook

The US Appeal Court for the DC Circuit on Monday blocked the president Donald Trump From her role in the Federal Reserve Board of Governor, the youngest in a court court fight, which is almost certainly taken to the Supreme Court quickly, she immediately released.

The 2-1 judgment of the judges Gregory Katsas, Michelle Childs and Brad Garcia holds one order of the position made under court in the past week of the US district judge Jia Cobb, which she again put into her role in her role on the Governor board of the Fed.

Judge Cobb said in the injunction last week that Trump’s attempt to dismiss Cook had probably violated the law on the proper process of Cook against Cook. The Trump administration prompted this decision to take the case against the higher court in order to receive emergency relief.

The 2: 1 judgment of the Court of Appeal is a blow for the Trump government at short notice. It comes after Trump announced on social media last month that he would be released from her position in the independent Fed Board due to allegations for mortgage fraud.

The lawyers of Cook immediately sued Trump because of his attempt to remove them far before the end of their 14-year term, and argued that he was not able to cause sufficient cause. Cook has denied any misconduct.
