It is unclear whether scales knew in advance that Krasner would be in the park or whether the confrontation was the result of a random meeting.
During the encounter, Krasner referred to an incident in which scales bothered a meeting in the city.
On September 16, scales took part in what The Outlet Wcau In a town hall that Krasner kept in Salt & Life Church, described as a “short disturbance”.
This was part of a number of discussions that the district prosecutor wanted to discuss with the public about the possibility of President Donald Trump to use the national guard to Philadelphia, as he had in Washington, DC and Los Angeles. WPVI TV reported.

The Trump administration has not yet announced plans for the provision of the National Guard to Philadelphia. Josh Shapiro, Governor of Pennsylvania, said at the beginning of this month that the state was “prepared” to answer if Trump is supposed to send troops.
“I can tell you that we are prepared,” said Shapiro. According to WPVI. “We are prepared when you try to use the national guard against my will in every community in Pennsylvania.”
Shapiro blam Trump about the reaction to Charlie Kirk’s assassination attempt
“Fascists will be fascists. What can I say?” Said Krasner in the town hall, according to Wcau. Afterwards, according to Outlet, he drove off the “legislator of Pennsylvania and his Maga members”.
“The basic premise of the United States should be that all people are created equally. It is a deep belief in equality,” said Krasner reported. “These people do not believe in equality at all. They do not believe in the equality of people. They do not believe in gender equality. They are absolutely just as hateful towards women as in the question of the breed. These are people who agree with Adolf Hitler.”
At that moment, scales got up and shouted: “Lies!” Then he added: “People like them are responsible for the death of Charlie Kirk. Stop calling them fascists, “said Wcau.

Two days later, on September 18, Scales tried to visit another from Krasner’s town halls, but was supposedly refused to enter.

Krasner, A vowel -Trump criticOn Thursday, the officials asked to condemn the alleged politicization of the Ministry of Justice and compare them with Watergate.
“Justice requires compensation and impartiality to work effectively. Unfortunately, Trump’s actions this week are another example of his toxic attack on constitutional norms,” said Krasner In a statement. “I invite other elected civil servants to speak against this outrageous politicization of the Ministry of Justice, especially local and state prosecutors.
