Dubai Islamic Bank forges Alliance HCLTech to integrate AI

Dubai Islamic Bank (DIB) has partnered with global technology company HCLTech to integrate AI into its banking services.

The aim of this partnership is to improve the bank’s operational capabilities through the “responsible” and scalable use of AI.

Vineet Shukla, Middle East Country Head at HCLTech, said: “Leveraging HCLTech’s full-stack AI portfolio and deep expertise, we look forward to working with DIB to drive innovation, improve operational agility and deliver differentiated experiences for customers.”

With the existing partnership, DIB gains access to AI consulting services and the expertise of HCLTech’s global alliances with various technology partners.

The aim is to use AI to refine personalized customer interactions, streamline decision-making and strengthen the bank’s risk management and regulatory compliance framework.
