Schwalb said that the Posse Comitatus Act prohibits the military to participate in the domestic police and claims that the national guards in the DC under Direct Military Command were active.
“This is clearly illegal and threatens our democracy and our bourgeois freedom,” he wrote.
“President Trump lies in his right -wing authority to support the National Guard in Washington, DC, to protect federal assets and to support the law enforcement authorities with specific tasks,” said the spokeswoman for the White House, Abigail Jackson, in a statement to Fox News Digital. “This lawsuit is nothing more than another attempt – among the residents and visitors of DC – to undermine the President’s extremely successful operations in order to stop violent crime in DC.”

He continued to accuse the national guards of undermining public security and violating the local economy by depressing vital industries such as restaurants, hotels and tourism.
“We sue to defend the DC home rule and stop the illegal use of the national guard”, Schwalb ” wrote. “Our nation was founded on the basic principles of freedom and self -government, which are involved in this case. No city in America should be subject to involuntary military crew.”

The lawsuit takes place days after a federal judge decided to use federal levels in Los Angeles during the immigration attacks by the government, and protests were illegal and praised by California Gov. Gavin Newsoma And Mayor of Los Angeles, Karen Bass.
There is also a separate lawsuit that Schwalb submitted on August 15, in which attempts were made to block the takeover of the federal government of the Metropolitan Police Department – which had violated the lawsuit against the law on the house rule.
