Carrie underwood On Wednesday evening the crowd moved to the 100th anniversary of Grand Ole Opry.
Underwood entered the stage at the event entitled Opry 100: A Live celebration to honor Randy Travis, which she welcomed 17 years ago as a member of Grand Ole Opry.
Underwood began her homage to Travis by telling a story about her childhood. She said that her sister had a travis cassette band and when she got her hands, she gave it back to her “never”.

Five years later, Travis had a stroke that almost didn’t sing him.
Underwood appeared on Wednesday evening Travis’ “Three wooden crosses” and “forever and forever, amen”.
At the end of “Forever and Ever, Amen”, Underwood went into the crowd to Travis and gave him the microphone to sing the closure “Amen” that moved the crowd to tears.
“Randy Travis everyone.”
“All Randy Travis,” said Underwood before hugging the Country music legend. The crowd got up immediately and gave Underwood and Travis standing ovation.
The fans went to social media to weigh up the moving performance.
“I’m not crying that you are,” wrote a user On X, Earlier known as Twitter while containing a clip by Underwood and Travis’ moment.

The Grand Ole Opry shared a post about Travis, who brought Underwood to the family 17 years ago.
“We will never forget the moment when Randy Carrie invited to the family,” wrote the account, including a photo from 2008.
Underwood rose to fame in 2005 after winning “American Idol”. Her debut album “Some Hearts” was published in the same year and contained the hit “before he cheats”.

The official 100th anniversary of Grand Ole Opry is in November and the Country Music House will celebrate all year round.

Underwood visited the country music ceremony in a wasteful, shoulder-free black dress. The bottom of the dress was simple and had a dramatic train.

The Country Music legend has equipped its look with two statement earrings.
The Country Music Ceremony also included appearances by Jelly Roll, Reba Mcentire, Post Malone, Trace Adkins, Lainey Wilson and Kelsea Ballerini.
