Audio from an air traffic control tower at Northeast Philadelphia Airport Unveiled the terrible moments before an aircraft for medical ambulance in Philadelphia crashed on Friday evening while transporting a pediatric patient.
The audio, which Fox News Digital received, was recorded moments before the aircraft started. The operators can be heard when they desperately tried to contact the Learjet 55 before crashing.
“What’s going on down there?” A air traffic controller can be heard.
“We have a lost plane. We are not quite sure what happened. So we try to find out,” replies another air traffic control. “The field will be closed, so no one and out-outbounds.”

DC plane crash probably “combination of factors”, “luck” there were no more air accidents: lawyer
John Anderson, a retired pilot from Philadelphia, told Fox News Digital that the likely cause was a starting stand based on the video of the crash and the way the plane hit the ground.
“The plane was outside the control of the crew. There was no controlled flight into the site (CFIT). It may have been a mechanical malfunction of the stabilizer, the elevator, the trim or even a load shift back in the cabin,” said Anderson.
He also speculated that when it was a medical flight with a stretcher on board and the stretcher was not properly secured, it might have rolled back. ”

“This would cause the nose to increase the wing and take a standstill. In this case, the nose will fall with the angle in the video,” he said. “Because it was right after the start and the first climb, I would say that it was probably an ASWING stand. There could be a number of factors that would cause a stand.
