After calling President Donald Trump after quick measures, US general prosecutor Pam Bondi announced that the Ministry of Justice can catch up with the death penalty for Iryna Zarutska’s murderer.
In conversation with reporters on Wednesday, Bondi announced that Zarutska’s alleged murderer, Decarlos Brown Jr., was arrested and that he was charged with state.
“We arrested him. We accuse him nationwide because it was a murder of the mass transit,” said Bondi.
“This young woman died a terrible, terrible death, as we all captured on video,” she added, adding: “It was terrible.”

“The steps are, we accuse, then we accuse. Then we legally make the decision whether we are striving for the death penalty or not. This is certainly on the table if he is charged with this terrible crime,” said Bondi.
