The founder of Theranos, Elizabeth Holmes Ghislaine Maxwell After a recent transmission.
The 41-year-old Holmes, the 41-year-old Holmes, served an 11-year sentence for knowingly misleading investors in Theranos, the blood test company that she founded in 2003. The company was discontinued in 2018.
She was convicted in 2022 after she was condemned in three cases of wire fraud and a conspiracy to commit wire fraud.

Holmes was depicted in a gray shirt and shorts as well as compression gloves and a hat in the Rec Yard in the Bryan prison camp on Saturday.
The prison in Bryan, Texas, is the same facility in which the 63-year-old Maxwell, the convicted employee of the late sex predator Jeffrey Epsteinis now being held after being broadcast on Friday by the Federal Correctional Institution Tallahassee in Florida.
It remains unclear why she was moved, but Maxwell and her lawyer met twice with deputy attorney in General Todd Blanche before the transfer took place.

Maxwell’s lawyer has publicly sought a pardon or a prison sentence by the president Donald Trump. The President said that he had not received such an application, but did not exclude the possibility of pardon or commutation.
Maxwell has also offered to testify a congress committee about Epstein in exchange for immunity.
