Exiled Iranian Prince calls for regime change: ‘Berlin Wall moment’

In exile the Iranian prince Reza Pahlavi pushes open Change of regime in Tehranclaim that the regime is “almost collapse”.

Pahlavi encouraged the people in Iran to rise in a position on X and warned the military personnel that this is their “last chance” to stand with the public against the regime.

“For the military – as you have the order to beat the people – keep up. This is your last chance. You will be observed. We will remember who stood with people and who committed crimes against them,” wrote Pahlavi on X.

On Monday, Pahlavi organized a press conference in Paris, where he announced the start of a secure platform for military, police and security personnel who wanted to overgrow the regime to contact him and his team. He implied that he already received such messages and said that the platform “would efficiently manage the growing volume of incoming communication and inquiries from people who want to break with the regime and join our movement”.

The exhausted prince also published a message to the world and asked the international community to drop “corrupt, crumbling, terrorist regime” in Iran.

“Do not support a regime that will soon turn its weapons, rockets and terror to them.” Pahlavi wrote.

The message published on X comes a day after Pahlavi has proposed to lead Iran to democracy. According to reports, Khamenei hid in a bunker during the US strikes in the nuclear institutions of Iran.

“I am here today to submit to my compatriots to lead this path to peace and a democratic transition,” said Pahlavi on Monday. “I am not looking for political power, but to help our great nation navigate through this critical hour towards stability, freedom and justice.”

In a direct message to Khamenei Pahlavi said: “If you step back. And if you do this, you will receive a fair procedure and a proper law. This is more than you have ever given an Iranian.”

Pahlavi’s late father, Mohammad Reza Pahlavi, the last one Shah of Iranwas overthrown during the 1979 Iranian Revolution.

In February, Pahlavi spoke at the Geneva Summit for Human Rights and Democracy, where he demanded international measures against Khameneis regime and said that the Iranians were ready to regain their “stolen country”.
