Factor Protein plus meals (2025): filling, not girls


The protein plus options are quite wide and include about half of the menu items of the factor. The meals mostly remain strictly Central American: garlic herb chicken, grill wing, a red pepper -frittata for breakfast. Jamaican Ruck Salmon and a Thai yellow curry chicken were one of the most peripate table that I tried out options, but even these feel domesticated and accessible. (I liked the Jerk salmon much more than I expected.)

However, most dishes are classic square meals: a meat, a starch, a vegetable that is probably green. It is almost healthy food in the middle west. Heck, the founded and based factor in Illinois has the feeling of an improvised adventure from Midwestnerner: A “not unstuffy pepper” is basically the rice, meat and tomato sauce, which they would insert them into a pepper, but are delivered in the rice in a cheeky meatball shape with pepper pepper. It looked sloppy and tasted like a distilled comfort. If you hate what is essentially a pepper meat ball, I don’t know her.

I will always like freshly cooked food better than meals that were prepared from a box and warmed up again: the brightness of a fresh tomato, the bang of a pea, the lively crispness of a fair carrot is not replicated to replicate yesterday or last week in food. But proteins and stews went off pretty well in particular, and so the options for protein plus were my best experience with a factor. It was also one of my favorite meals.
