In a legal registration, the lawyers of the trio said that the prisoners “fit in the profile of those who had prioritized the administration for imprisonment in Guantánamo, i.e. Venezolan men who are in the El Paso area with (false) charges for connections with the tren de Aragua gang were recorded.
In the submission, the lawyers asked a US district court in New Mexico to temporarily arrange to prevent administration from flying it to the US military base. The lawyers found that “the mere uncertainty that the government has created in connection with the availability of legal processes and access to the advice is sufficient to approve the modest injunction.”

Immigration law groups sent a letter on Friday in which he called for access to people who are now being recorded at the US MarineStation and argued that the basis should not be used as a “legal black hole”. Guantánamo was criticized worldwide because of its inhumane abuse and torture of prisoners, including interrogation tactics.
The immigrants are recorded in the Guantánamo prison camp, which was set up for prisoners after September 11th. The immigrants are separated from the 15 prisoners who were already there, including the planners of the 2001 terrorist attack.
