“It is at short notice. This will be visited again in the coming weeks and further worked out,” Vosburgh told The Associated Press.
The submission was submitted on behalf of the three men, which were submitted by the Center for Constitutional Rights, the American Civil Liberties Union of New Mexico and Las America’s Immigrant Advisory Center.
