Federal judge rules Trump cannot enforce DEI, transgender executive orders

A federal judge in California decided on Monday that the Trump government cannot enforce Executive Orders This has to set groups programs that promote diversity, justice and inclusion or recognize the existence of transgender persons in order to obtain grant financing.

The US district judge Jon Tigar wrote In its order that a group of Pro profits from Pro-LGBTQ “showed that they probably question” several provisions of President Donald Trump’s executive commands that argue the groups against the constitution.

“These three financing provisions reflect on the efforts to censor language and services protected under constitutional law, promote Dei and recognize the existence of transgender persons,” the judge wrote in his command.

Tigar said that the executive “needs a certain degree of freedom to implement its political agenda, but is still bound to the constitution” and “do not weapons adequate means to put protected communities for unfavorable treatment or to suppress ideas that do not like it or considered dangerous.”

The judge’s order remains in force, while the legal case is continued, although the government’s lawyers will probably appeal.
