Former Joint Chiefs of Staff chairman bids farewell in heartfelt social media post


Days after he was fired by President Donald Trump, The former joint chairman of the chief of staff Air Force General CQ Brown went on social media to express his gratitude for his time in the military.

“I was inspired by my father, who told me: ‘Four years in the military will not hurt them.’ Four years have been surrounded by the best members and civilians from our nation in four years, “Brown wrote in LinkedIn.

Brown wrote that it was his “independent honor” to end his military career as chair of the common chief, and he used his position to concentrate on war fights, modernization and trust.
