CCTV footage inside a garage in Port Vila shows the moment a magnitude 7.3 earthquake struck Vanuatu’s capital.
The quake, which struck at 12:47 a.m. local time (01:47 GMT) on Tuesday, triggered landslides, smashed cars and leveled several buildings.
Two people are seen running away from the falling debris in the garage, while the camera also captures a dog trying to escape the danger.
There are unconfirmed reports of deaths and the full extent of damage in Vanuatu remains unclear.
