On Monday, Bracho entered a blind plea and, according to court records, admitted an involuntary homicide and two charges of the second degree. A blind plea means that the defendant owes without prior agreement on the conviction with prosecutors.

As part of the plea, the prosecutors dropped two charges for endangering the well -being of a child and two violation of violations.

Bracho is to be convicted on September 12th. The public prosecutor has proposed a 10-year sentence for the indictment against homicide and seven years for each of the attacks, with all sentences to run at the same time.

Wolfe’s sister Taylor Wolfe expressed outrage after the arrest and said “Fox & Friends” that Bracho shouldn’t even have been in the USA at all.
