A woman who was illegal in the USA Admittedly, to cause a direct accident accident that claimed a young Missouri boy’s life.
The fatal crash occurred on December 20, 2023, when the 33-year-old Endrina Bracho drove in the wrong direction at the time of the crash, according to the Hazelwood police department, 75 miles per hour, 35 miles above the speed limit.

Travis Wolfe, the victim in the crash, was just one day before his 12th birthday in December. He died in the hospital on March 6th after taking life support.
On Monday, Bracho entered a blind plea and, according to court records, admitted an involuntary homicide and two charges of the second degree. A blind plea means that the defendant owes without prior agreement on the conviction with prosecutors.
As part of the plea, the prosecutors dropped two charges for endangering the well -being of a child and two violation of violations.

Bracho is to be convicted on September 12th. The public prosecutor has proposed a 10-year sentence for the indictment against homicide and seven years for each of the attacks, with all sentences to run at the same time.
Wolfe’s sister Taylor Wolfe expressed outrage after the arrest and said “Fox & Friends” that Bracho shouldn’t even have been in the USA at all.
“It really makes me angry,” said Taylor Wolfe in an interview 2024.
“Everyone here has to get a driver’s license, and we all have to learn how to drive, and we have to take a test to get our license. And she didn’t do that. Second, it shouldn’t be here. “Now my family is liable with the loss of a child because she didn’t know how she was driving,” she added.
Senator Josh Hawley, R-Mo, reacted to the plea and called it “justice” for the Wolfe family.
“Justice – the illegals that Travis Wolfe killed in Missouri was guilty. She should never have been in Missouri at all and would never have been, Joe Biden would not have opened our borders,” Hawley wrote in a statement about X.
In January Hawley presented “Travis’ law” To honor Travis Wolfe’s legacy and to freely prevent other criminal illegal foreigners.
“Under the open border of President Biden, the 12-year-old Travis Wolfe was killed by an illegal alien who was then released from prison. There is no legislation that is less controversial than the protection of American citizens from dangerous illegal foreigners and another death such as Travis,” wrote Hawley. “My amendment, the law of Travis, would guarantee the detention of criminal illegals that committed a motor vehicle crime or make a minor victim.”

“Travis’ Law” is a change in the Riley Act, the legislation that would ensure that ice cream determines illegal foreigners that commit burglary, theft, theft or shop theft.
