The owner of the Los Angeles Times was beaten after the author behind A with a community grade Robert F. Kennedy Jr. Opinion accused the paper of working out his criticism of the candidate of the Ministry of Health and the Human Service.
Patrick Soon-Shiong, the owner and Executive Chairman of La Times, Tweeted a link to a recent opinion in the newspaper entitled “Trump’s health disorders – if he urges real reforms”.

But his post was quickly stamped with one Harsh Community Note: “The author of this article says that La Times had worked out his clear opposition to RFK Jr. without his consent and gave him a heading that directly contradicts the point he tried to take.”
Eric Reinhart, a social psychiatrist and author of The opinion in question, On Friday, tweeted that his article received “a misleading title” and cut “key lines”, which was clear RFK Jr. “dangerously ignorant” and “effectively a mass murderer in waiting”.
“I work with the Los Angeles Times for the first time, and I also expect my last one,” he added.

Reinhart revealed that his proposed title for the opinion “RFK JR’s demolition ball will not repair public health” and that the opening and closure lines for the piece will not leave his attitude “ambiguous”.
“Edit and control the final copy and hed; I understand that. But work out a very central and timely point in the minutes before pressing,” he continued.
Reinhart later published the original version of his play by The New Republic with a new title: “The RFK Jr. OP-ED The Los Angeles Times didn’t want to read.”

The surgical-ed author later named La Times as a “scandal” and suggested that he is “symptomatic for the oligarchic takeover of US media and politics”.
In a statement that was given In a spokesman for La Times, the paper said that his opinion editors worked with contributors, among other things, to work on pieces for length, clarity and accuracy.
“Without the author’s permission, no OP-ED pieces are published. This also includes the operation written by Eric Reinhart,” said the spokesman.
Blood-Shiong praised RFK Jr. last Tuesday and said he hoped he was confirmed. Blood-Shiong previously told Fox News Digital That Kennedy’s questions about what Americans eat are legitimate problems you should raise.
The La Times did not return Fox News Digital’s request immediately.
