Three times during the last episode of his podcast NBA champion Dwyane Wade revealed some details about a health shell that he was confronted with more than a year ago.
In December 2023, Wade was subjected to an operation that removed 40% of a kidney. Wade followed the operation as a “shocking” cancer diagnosis.
A whole body scan confirmed the presence of a “cyst/tumor” on one of Wades kidney.
“And the doctor said: ‘You have to have a kidney surgery,” remarked the 43-year-old basketball star in retirement in the “The Why With With With With Dwyane Wade” Podcast on Thursday.

Wade admitted that he had a doctor for a physical sight over the years, but finally he made an appointment when he started to experience stomach problems, cramps and problems with urination.
