Rory McIlroys The time in the new TGL paid off early.

And that’s not an exaggeration – McIlroy dipped his golf ball into the hole without jumping.
It was the second hole-in-one who met the four-time Major Champion on tour. His first came in 2023 at the Travelers Championship in Connecticut.
McIlroy is in third place in the world behind Scottie Scheffler and Xander Schauffele.
It is Mcilroy’s first event of the new PGA season. He started his first round on the 10th hole, so that brought the ace through six under six that day.

It is a nice start to the season for Mcilroy, who is hoping for better assets this year than the last time. At the end of last year, McIlroy had the US Open lead with the chance to reach its decades of large drought. After missing two putts worth six foot in the last three holes, Bryson Dechambeau steel the trophy below him.
That came just a few months after Cameron Smith had won the Open Championship against Mcilroy in the last round the year before.

Mcilroy took part in the mentioned abovewhich started at the beginning of this week. McIlroy, Woods, Justin Thomas and Collin Morikawa are all team captains, with other PGA stars such as Wyndham Clark, Patrick Cantlay, Hideki Matsuyama and Max Homa.
