The public prosecutor’s office in Colorado is planning to fall charges against a registered sex offender who is accused of kidnapping a child from a primary school because it is incompetent than incompetent.
The 18th public prosecutor’s office of the judicial district, which covers Arapahoe County and includes Aurora and Littleton. Galligan’s fault is not the problem for prosecutors. The alleged crime was recorded on video, in which a man chased and gave a student when other children ran away.
“It is super frightening to see,” said Dante White, whose child meets the suspect, to Fox31 when the incident happened. “Especially the perpetrator to see the pictures of him. I would be freaked out if this guy touched me. It was an attempt to be kidnapped.”

Reprogle admitted that it was a “clear misstep” that the school was not brought into a safe status after the incident.
“I own this mistake together with the District Leadership. At that time there was confusion and we did not know all the details of what we did now,” said Reprogle in a letter received by FOX31 that was sent to the district.
The school district announced FOX31 that reforms have been carried out since the kidnapping attempt, including the improvement of the security protocol, the increased presence of the security and the prioritization of the mental health of the students by offering options for the interiors as an alternative to security and comfort.
