Trump delayed due to issue with Marine One in UK

President Donald Trump and the First Lady had to switch from Marine One to a support helicopter on Thursday after an hydraulic question forced an unscheduled landing on a local airfield on the way to Stansted Airport in England.

The White House press spokesman, Karoline Leavitt, told reporters that the counter was due to a “small hydraulic problem”.

“From an abundance of caution, the pilots landed on a local airfield before reaching Stansted Airport,” said Leavitt. “The President and First Lady safely climbed into the support helicopter.”

Although the Marine One flight should only last 20 minutes, the Prime Minister of Stansted Airport spent almost 40 minutes to the airport due to the problem.
