Cambodia and Thailand signed on Sunday an extension of the ceasefire negotiated by US President Donald Trump over the summer to end their border conflict.

Trump threatened both countries with higher tariffs to persuade them to end the fighting. The conflict killed dozens of people and displaced hundreds of thousands.
