Orem, Utah – A legal analyst demands that others will be charged after the alleged murderer Tyler Robinson was taken into custody on Friday Charlie Kirk.
“So Tyler Robinson communicated with someone (s) on discord and over the assassin! [sic] by Charlie Kirk, “said Phil Holloway about X.” Someone supplied him the rifle … that means that there were other participants … that is A conspiracy … further arrests must be made. “
Robinson was arrested late Thursday evening in the small town of St. George, Utah.

During a press conference on Friday morning, Utah Governor Spencer Cox said Robinson allegedly discussed details of the crime with his roommate in the Discord app and sent messages about the stowing and calling up a rifle from a “drop point”.
Holloway told Fox News Digital that this person could be liable if a person with Robinson came into contact with the alleged crime and knew that she had intended to commit crime.

By Friday morning, Cox said that no additional arrests were expected.
However, Holloway said that the authorities should also investigate how Robinson received the weapon, which could also lead to charges against another person.

“So let’s say that he got this weapon, and the person they sold or gave him had no idea. There could be no conspiracy, but weapon costs could be received,” he said.
Holloway noted that it is possible that Robinson could buy someone else’s weapon for him, a practice called “Straw purchase”.
“When I go to a weapon business and buy a weapon, I fill out the documents in my name and then turn around and hand it over to you, that is illegal, as this is called a straw purchase. You cannot use a straw man to make a weapon purchase.
Cox said during the briefing that Robinson’s family was involved in his surrender.

“A family member of Tyler Robinson turned to a friend of the family who contacted the Sheriff’s office in Washington County with information that Robinson had stood or implied them that he had committed the incident,” he said.
The 22-year-old Robinson allegedly climbed the roof of the Lose Lake Center on the campus of Utah Valley University At noon Wednesday, and Kirk shot back from about 200 meters away and killed him. At that time, Kirk organized the first event of his “America’s Comeback” tour and asked questions from the participants when the alleged assassin scoop hit him and killed him.
In 2021 he briefly visited Utah State University for a semester and, according to the Utah Board of Higher Education, was a program for electrical training in his third year at the Dixie Technical College. He had received the highest scholarship in Utah, the local presidential schedule.
Family members told the investigators that Robinson had “become more political in recent years”.

“The family member recently referred to an incident in which Robinson came to dinner before September 10,” said Cox. “In this conversation, Robinson mentioned that Charlie Kirk came to Uvu. They talked about why they didn’t like him and what views he had.”
The investigators also spoke to Robinson’s roommates.

“The investigators interviewed this roommate, who said that his roommate, who referred to Robinson, made a joke about Discord,” said Cox. “The content of this news contained … the need to call up a rifle from a drop point … messages that relate to have visually observed the area in which a rifle was left behind … engraving balls … and a message that relates to the rifle was wrapped in one handle.”
