The Department of Homeland Security (DHS) released a video on Monday that shows an illegal alien that is suspected of shooting an officer outside the service Bronx Hospital from another suspect.
The video shows a man in a red shirt who drives a black pug into a apparently hospital bay and then pushed a passenger into a white shirt on the floor. The passenger hits the moped before the driver flees out of the scene.
DHS said in a post on X that the video shows the suspects on the same moped, which was also recorded on video at the scene of the shooting. “These people will be exposed to the full weight of the US justice system,” added DHS in the post office.
Miguel Francisco Mora Nunez is accused of shot the CBP officer late on Saturday evening during a robbery in Fort Washington Park. The CBP officer hung around with a companion in the park when the police said that Nunez and another suspect started the moped and tried to rob the officer with a weapon. The officer pulled out his own service weapon to defend himself. Both Nunez and the officer were shot several times.

The officer, who was not called, was shot in the face and arm. It is expected to recover.

He is suspected of having committed several crimes during the probation, including the ruthless threat to the 2nd degree in May 2023 and in the 4. degree Grand Larceny and Petit Theft in March and April 2024.

According to DHS, Berroa was arrested in February of this year due to ruthless threat to the 2nd degree, ruthless driving and driving without a driver’s license.
“On June 12, 2025, Berroa owed himself guilty in front of the Supreme Court of the Bronx County. This plea was made to consolidate all previous arrests, and it was relieved and was allowed to roam the streets of NYC,” he said too. “A judge ordered Berroa a final survey on January 3., 2023.”
