Ladies Lacrosse icon Charlotte North had a very specific routine during her career.
On the way to becoming the NCAA is all time The leading top scorer and leading Boston College for the National Championship 2021 set up a playlist that became a serious superstition.

“I am very superstitious,” said North during an interview about “The resilient life“Podcast with Ryan Manion.
“I actually have to listen to a certain playlist to prepare for a game. There are a number of other superstitions I have.”
And from this list of players, North even has a hype song that prepared her for playing, especially when she played from Boston College from 2021-22 after changing Duke from Boston College.
This song is the famous “I shipping to Boston” by Dropkick Murphys.

“It was our song with which we were always finished in the changing room before we went out for a game at Boston College. And every time I hear it in the world today, it only reminds me of some pretty cool moments,” said North.
“Preschen to some big games, regardless of whether it was a national championship or just another rivalry game in the season.”
North also played in the National Lacrosse team of the United States, which won gold in July 2022 at the World Lacrosse Championships. She led the team in goals (23) and was reached second to points (28) during the tournament.

In 2024 she played in Team 1, the first US women -Lacrosse team of the USA’s National Box. The USA team won gold in September 2024 at the World Lacrosse Women’s Box Championships and defeated Canada with 10: 7.
She led the USA team in goals (25) and was third in points (31) during the tournament.
