Ukrainian president Volodymyr Zelenskyy Arrived in the White House to wear his high-stakes meeting with President Donald Trump more formally than his typical, relaxed wardrobe.
Zelenskyy shaked Trump’s hand while she was wearing everything black, including a black shirt and a jacket.
Zelenskyy will be back in Washington on Monday, DC to meet the Russian president with Trump after the historical meeting of the US President Vladimir Putin Friday in Alaska to discuss the ongoing war between Russia and Ukraine. The Putin meeting did not deliver a peace agreement, with Trump crowding now Ukraine To accept a Land -Swap deal with Russia and argue that it is the most efficient way to end the war.
The meeting on Monday also includes European leaders such as French President Emmanuel Macron, British Prime Minister Keir Starrer, German Chancellor Friedrich Merz, Italian Prime Minister Giorgia Meloni and Finnish President Alexander Stubb.

Zelenskyy has previously been under fire and asked about his public clothing, to which he routinely included dark green T-shirts, sweatshirts and other relaxed outfits in military style.
“Why don’t you wear a suit? You are at the highest level in the office of this country and you reject it to wear a suit,” asked a reporter Zelenskyy when he visited the White House in February. “Do you have a suit?”
Axios reported that the White House supposedly asked the Ukrainian officials before the meeting whether he would wear a suit for the meeting.

Fox News Digital reported at the beginning of this week that Zelenskyy, according to a designer who previously worked with the European leader, was more of a formal clothing for his meeting of the White House.

“Tomorrow he will most likely not appear in a polo.” Ukrainian designer Elvira Gasanova told Fox News Digital on Sunday. “I think he will be a black military suit or a shirt in a military style with pants select a jacket.”
